But yet again, you'd love for someone to hold space for you and guide you through the moves.

You're a conscious woman seeking to embody cyclical living. For every season of your menstrual cycle or phase of life, there will be a practice that is best received by your body. To receive the most from your yoga practice, it's ideal to offer your body what it is primed for in that moment. In this way, we are working with our body, not against it. Here's an example. A woman who is menstruating generally has low estrogen and progesterone. She has low energy, can fatigue easily, and may experience other symptoms such as bloating, cramping and irritability. There's a natural desire to retreat and go inwards. This is our inner winter. A dynamic vinyasa class focused on core strengthening may not be well-received, and your body is not likely to get the most benefit from this practice.

These online classes are curated to meet the needs of your cycle and phase of life. You don't need to be physically cycling to know which class to pick. Throughout all stages of life, you cycle energetically. As women, we are cyclical beings. Let's honour that. ​
